Billing software FAQ
Is this billing software really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and includes billing, inventory, accounts, reports and printing. Invoices made on the free plan show a small "free version" badge. Premium is a paid subscription that adds Cloud Sync, all invoice themes and removes the badge.
What do I need to run it?
A PC with Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). Microsoft Edge (already on Windows) is used to make PDFs.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Everything works offline. The internet is only needed for Cloud Sync and buying Premium.
Is my data safe?
Your data is kept in an encrypted database on your own computer. With Cloud Sync on, it is also stored in your account so your other devices can reach it.
I already use Invoice Maker on my phone. Can I use my data?
Yes. Either sign in with Cloud Sync (Premium) to keep both in sync, or open a backup from your phone on the PC.
How do I install it?
Download the installer, double-click it and follow the steps. No administrator rights are needed. New versions install over the old one and keep your data. The Windows installer is coming soon.
